Default !ll W!ll's B16 All-Motor dyno results w/ ITB's

Well as some have read and followed with our B16 Build up it as gone through different stages. The results are unexpected but pleasing, we expected more top-end HP and not as much TQ.
Here are the link to the previous threads.
all motor 81mm oem bottom end B16
pictures of the new Toda ITB's installed

without ITB's

With ITB's

please note that this much Torque was done with a stock B16 crank and rods

yeah he has to fab a custom adaptor plate to run a honda TPS, then there are a few tweaks in the HS300 we have to make. We-Todd is currently down for maintenance, It'll be back up soon for comparison

Wow thats a whole lot of torque for a b16 I'm looking into the same process with my b16 I have now. Are you still running the skunk2 st.2? and 310 injectors? I was thinking of bc3 instead of the rm22 since they said it will overcam the motor, but now I'm thinking of the skunk2 stg.2 since your making all that power even without the itbs in the beginning of your build, also how much milling did u do to the head i forgot, much props man

whats wrong with we-todd......
one dyno sheet works...and another goes down....

the midrange power gained is sick!! not to mention the tq gains...

does Shawn Church have any ideas what kind of results will come about after the TPS problem is resolved?

how is the drivability on that set up?

Nice! Try to get the first dyno up there. I am curious to see the overall difference.

yes Skunk Stage II's but the injectors were upped to 370cc's. There is no milling on the head just PCT pictons and a 1-piece head gasket

He said the throttle tip in will be alot better. Seems to sputter for a very tiny bit at intial throttle.
Still the thing rips. Spun all through second gear with Azenis on sticky rocky pavement last night on his test drive. Very happy with the results

I don't think i understand your question but Ill give it a shot.
No the car is not daily driven, pretty much solely used as a track car.

this is great....he still makes good power...although not as hoped..but in different areas that he probably didnt expect to make them in.
the curve is alot nicer...and a 1.6 spinning azenis in gears other than in 1st is sign of some great power.

I hope your TPS problem gets fixed asap, and a new tuning session is done.
how long was the tune session anyways? I know this motor was tuned before. So did Shawn touch the cams gears as well as the the a/f and ign timing?

thanks mang

is there a video of that beast on the dyno?

It took a few hours since he had to set the whole A/f ratio partial and full
Because of the ugrade to s300 from the stage version..

Although, he didnt touch the cam timing, which seems kinda wierd to me

Edit: there is video just not enough time to put it on here as of yet...
