I've had the prototype on for a while, but it was just spray painted black. I had it on the second day of the last NASA event (when Dave drove down to VIR and helped fit it), and I also ran it during Speedtrial. This is the final prototype header and exhaust. I believe Dave is ready for production models, though don't quote me on that.
No slipping from those arms. I've checked after each run.

I ran 2 weekends at the track like this, with no problems. You can't tell from the pic, but it is zip tied in 2 places, just enough so that it doesn't dangle around too much.

Looks really good, Warren. What length resonator did you go with? It looks like it dumps right before the first bend in the b-pipe. Did you specify a length, or did you just make it fit? I assume it's quiet enough to run at most tracks?

what size is that piping.. looks really small... i guess it really dont matter huh, cuz there's not much for the exhaust to travel...
The exhaust itself is a full 2.5" diameter. Doesn't get much bigger than that on these cars
The resonator is a straight through 18" Magnaflow.
As for sound, this is a race only exhaust. My car is trailered to tracks. It is definately loud. Loud enough so that you have to wear earplugs on the track. It's a race car after all. It's quieter than an open stock header, but not by too much, if that helps.
If you want to hear the race exhaust, you can grab the VIR video from my sig, and turn it up. Dave can make exhausts from either full blown race applications to street driven setups, which almost pass for stock.

Jeff: The only choice for racers
George: It wasn't that late... We were doing a little R&D on other variations, and only in a parking lot
And yeah, of course I towed!
