Cable B-series tranny question

I have a JDM Y1 with factory LSD and want to throw in:

JDM S1 FD (4.400) and
USDM LS 5th gear (.742).

Are these parts interchangeable?

As for the S1 final drive, yes it will fit onto that factory LSD...
