Can anyone tell me how to get my keyless entry back/working?

Installed the turbo, started car and now my keyless entry does not work. I have an aftermarket cd player. How do I get the keyless entry to work again?

if its a 96-98 civic, then you have to wire the factory radio in the car... the keyless entry is part of the radio. it needs power grouns, and constant
