For those with a light weight fly wheel and A/C, you may need to increase the IAC duty cycle so you don't stall when your A/C kicks in. Try setting this parameter:
OPTIONS --> IDLE --> IDLE JACK (-10)
Depending where your idle is set you may want to experiment with different values.

If car does not idle properly, check to see what injectors are selected. On my prelude you need to select injectors 1,2,3,4 but on a newer integra you need to select 1,2,4,5. I was told this is because the newer integra ecu is based off a v6 ecu. Remember to change the injector syncs aswell.
If you want to make the check engine light (CEL) a shift light, go into the options menu and find LS10.
Alt ON (turns LS10 options on)
Cool Hi ON (makes the CEL active above the Cool value)
Load Hi ON (makes the CEL active above the Load value)
Speed ??? (set this RPM value to trigger the CEL to come on)
Speed Hi ON (makes the CEL active above the Speed value)
TP Hi ON (makes the CEL active above the TP value)
DONE!

Great Tips keep them coming!!! Question: How quickly does your engine start up? Mine takes about 4-5 cranks before it starts. Before with the blue box it only required 2 cranks. How about you guys? I checked the LS11 and its turned on.
