tech I got an autometer tach for my car but the guy didnt give me any instructions to install it so now i dont know where which wire goes! If u can give me any instructions on how to do it or if theres a diagram anywhere on the net.

 

red for power
black for ground
white for light when you turn on your lights
green for distributor signal.

 

ok where do they go, or should i say where at do they all hook up too?thanks

 

Red to any + power source
White to any source of power when your lights are on. Like dash etc.
Black to bare metal or - power source
Green to the distro signal i found mine by hooking it up to the tach on my stock one.
