Is there anybody that makes a intake manifold for a 95 f22b1 engine?

 

i think venom and edlebroke do... check out jegs.com. i think i saw them there

i just read that some guy bought an aftermarket h23 intake mani and it was a direct bolt on to the f22b1, can anyone verify

I believe Venom makes one as well as DH-Racing.

As for the H23 intake manifold... don't be so quick to say it's a direct bolt on or not.

It would probably mount up to a non-VTEC head without issues. But when putting it on a VTEC head like the B1, the top corner of the flange hits the VTEC solenoid (sp?). Take a look at this article on AccordinglyDone.

As for the aftermarket H23 intake manifold being a direct bolt on, I don't know. I wouldn't think it would since the flanges should be the same for the thermostat housing to mount up to it the same. And since the thermostat housing mounts to the area of the flange that conflicts with the VTEC solenoid, I would think the same modifications needed to mount the stock intake manifold would be needed to mount the aftermarket one as well. But that is just a guess, I can't say without a dought about the aftermarket intake manifold.
