That's definately not a stock EH front bumper, look @ the indentations where the fog bezels meet the center grille. That's an EK bottom half. Compare the indentations/center grille to a stock EH bumper below. The indentations on the EK bumper line up at the bottom of the grille opening while the EH bumper line up at the top.

Looks like a Whitecrow front bumper. Looks like a stock EG bumper, it
just has EK style vents on the side.
