Default Anyone tried to use an accord tranny on 4th gen

Has anyone tried using a tranny from an accord on their 5-speed tranny for the 4th gen prelude? Is there a way to mount it to the chassis.

Yeah I'm sorry I mean the 90-93 accord tranny H2A5.

a little off topic, but the F22 tranny is perfect for h22 turbos because of the longer gears...

You may get slightly better mileage on the highway too. But I have no idea how/if it hoooks up.

Oh yeah, this is true too, it has longer gears, so better gas mileage but worse acceleration.

You also have to drill/tap new mounting holes on the 1990-1993 trannies to use in the prelude mount.. The holes are there, just need to be drilled to the proper size and tapped with the right thread to transfer the stud into the appropriate holes..

Look at the drawings and notice the difference of the mounting studs layout.
