Default H22A All-Motor 233 HP 175 FT-LBS Dyno on OEM Bottom End

Spent Veteran's Day at Church Automotive Testing.

Injen Cold Air Intake
DC Sports Header
Greddy SP Exhaust w/ 60mm Piping

my only problem with the dynos is the huge dip, do you have vtec coming in at like 4300?? bc the hp and tq both dip right there bigtime.....im thinkin vtec should be more like 5k

then again church automotive isnt renound for sucky tuning.....

either way, very very good numbers....i love how the tq is above 165 from 5000-7500, thats perfect high end tq......something you rarely see from hondas.....

About 3.5 Hours of Total Tuning. 2 Hours the first time around. 1.5 Hours after the mods. Darren at R&D Dyno for the CNC Head Porting.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by vtech22 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">nice numbers , im looking to have almost the exact same setup as you, plus im going to get tuned at church too. can i ask where you got your intake manifold and throttle body? and how much were they, if you dont mind me asking. </TD></TR></TABLE>

I bought the intake manifold from se93 on this board. I forgot how much I paid for it since I bought it a quite few months ago, but it was standard what everyone else was paying for it, but he included all the stuff to make it work. It was also portmatched to the CNC Ported Head.

Throttle body is a stock throttle body sent to MaxBore to have him bore it out from 60mm to 64mm.

Nice Numbers </TD></TR></TABLE>

I would have wanted to go bigger, but you can only bore the stock one so much. Also, the opening on the intake manifold will not allow me to bore it out any more than that.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by illlyas &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Are you running flat valves? What do you think your compressions at??</TD></TR></TABLE>

Nope. Running stock valves, modified by R&D. Compression should be around 11.0:1.

The JG is a stock manifold that has been ported and worked on by JG, the same way that the BlaxTrack manifold is done, and very few people have shown gains with it. There is more gains with the Euro R it seems, so I decided to go with that instead.

VTEC is at 4800. We played around w/ VTEC points and could not smooth it out. It maybe has something to do w/ resonance or something.
