Sleeves in H22- kinda confused
I've been talking with Darton about the installation of the sleeves in my H22 and I got the answer like below:

(10:53 PM 7/27/2005) pentaq: hi, I bought set of Darton sleeves for my H22 (PN 300-018). But now I have a problem to get them installed as the machine shops here are afraid to put them in my block. Can you share your knowledge a bit in this matter, please? Thanks.
(7:37 PM 8/2/2005) Darton Sleeves: Hello,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I was out of the office for the last week. The way we recommend the sleeves be installed goes as follows.
Machine out the number 1 and number 3 cylinder first
Install the sleeves
Machine out the number 2 and number 4 cylinders next
Install the sleeves
The sleeves need to be out in at the flange at a net fit or .0005 press max. The body needs to have a .001-.002 press fit max.
Or you can go net fit on the flange and body and use loctite 518 or 620 to hold them in. Let me know if you have any more qustions.
</TD></TR></TABLE>
English is not my native language so I got stuck in the part marked bold. Can anyone explain to me a "net fit" and "press fit" issue?
Also I need to know more about loctite 518 or 620...
Thanks in advance

Darton is describing the press fit needed to install the sleeves. I would say Darton is the best person to talk to. Read the last line in your quote. Ask them more questions if you don't understand, or have them talk to the local shop directly if possible.
