type S cams

type S cams

Just wondering if there is a way to distiguish a type s from a bae model cam
besides a dial indicator is there any casting numbers of stamps on it.

the only way to tell the difference is to measure, AFAIK.

Well, I just took a look at them..

On the Exhaust Cam there is an "E" & "K" in the middle of the cam on oppisite sides.
Same with the Intake Cam except an "5" & "K".

Don't think that really helps.. I have pictures if anyone wants to see..
