Default H23A EG idle/stalling and cranking problem--->PISSING ME OFF!!!!!

What would cause major fluctuations in idle...anywhere from 600-1,000 RPM's? The main problem that I'm having is after driving for a while, the RPM's will sometimes drop to below 600 when I'm in neutral, and the car will stall?

Also, a lot of the time it'll take anywhere from 10-20 cranks in order for it to turn over, and other times it'll start like it should (the usual 3 cranks for a Honda). What the hell is happening?

my guess is the iacv.

but it shouldnt take you 3 trys to start it up. my h22 in my civic only takes one crank

edit: usually just some taps on the iacv will make it run better.

Thanks guys! Any other suggestions? I'm just trying to compile a list here... Anything to do with the idle screw? Or resetting the idle like someone mentioned to me?

EDIT--->As for the cranking issue, I've already replaced the main relay
