automatic transmission shifting

i have a 2000 civic, with a 4-speed automatic transmission. i know that downshifing helps deceleration and cornering, but at what speeds should i downshift/upshift?

It doesn't matter. Just let it do it's own thing. Nothing against you, but I have driven hundreds of those cars, and they're all s.l.o.w...
