You must have not searched very well. Because you would be searching topics like what do you want to use the car for, power goals and not what psi. You will find in all boosted h22 forums that the pistons are weak and high boost levels on any stock engine take its toll on parts. (15 psi a little extreme on h22)
IF you want it to last you must have a good engine management system and a conservative tune. You must have a efficient turbo, a decent flowing manifold (log style have good spool up but drops off at high rpms, equal length has slower spool up but good at high rpms). Manifolds are a start to the questiobn of (what the car is used for?) Do you want a highway runner or a street and track car?
I do realize that it is hard to find forums somtimes but knowone is anwsering you because this is such a covered topic.

Chris. I'm suprised you haven't shown him your setup that I'm very proud of...

Allow me once again....

STC T3/T04E GT3257 "Red Pill"
ACT XTSS clutch
E-manage Solution on Stock OBDII ECU
RC 550cc injectors
Rev-Hard STC coated manifold
2.5" downpipe
2.75" exhaust (Now 3")
Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller
Greddy Turbo timer
TIAL .5bar 38mm wastegate
TIAL 50mm BOV..

298whp@240ft/lbs at 8 psi.

Stock sleeves do not like high Boost pressure ratios without sleeving.

May I say that is a gorgeous engine bay, with a nicely built turbo kit. Its even wrapped. SO much effort, and all shitfaced with a 5 dollar air filter. PLEASE get a Amsoil or K&N, something that actually filters dirt, and is worthy of your setup, and that flows better.

This is my current set up, yes it is intercooled (bar and plate), and the piping is 2.5">myself and a friend built all of the piping. We decided to go this route instead of buying because I hated the idea of having that collapsing elbo coming off the turbo. All exhaust piping was also fabed by myself using kteller pipe. There is still a (new)cat. due to the obII ecu. (once again always room for improvement.)

Can't take all the credit though STC (shodan) came up with this sick turbo that I'm running and I wouldn't have came close to the results without his recomendations.
THE TURBO IS WHERE ITS ALL AT!

Future plans more boost. More tuning. Better ecu.

My Setup are almost like yours except maybe the trim on the turbo and coating on the manifold and the wrap, but the difference is about 10whp there. I got 289whp/225lb torque

01 Prelude base
revhard manifold
T3/T4OE
Tial 38mm wastegate .5spring
HKS SSQV BOV
Hondata S200b
Greddy Profec 2b boost controller
Copmustar for turbo timer
pipe soming of the turbo is 2.25 then flare out to 2.5 all the way to IC and intake manifold.
Down pipe is 2.5" flare out to 3" Kteller pipe
RC 750CC injector with Walboro 255lph fuel pump
Running a screen on filter since i need some pipe to add a filter in.

I should look into getting my manifold coated and get the hot pipe wrap and turn up the boost @10psi since i'm not even using that boost controller at all.

you can run a stock h22 just fine boosted, just dont go crazy on it, and get it tuned. your going to get greedy tho once you feel boost and want more, and theennnn you start turning boost up and then you blow stuff... then you sleeve piston and rod the motor. then you start spending money, just get a stock greddy kit or peice a small kit together and you will get your 250 whp....

97' Lude SH

T3/T4 Turbo .60ar
RevHard Mani
HKS SSQV
Tial 38mm
Skunk2 Pro-Series Intake Manifold
Skunk2 Pro-Series 68mm Throttle Body
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
HKS 120mm Filter
RC Engineering 650cc Injectors
Walboro 255lph Fuel Pump
Turbo XS Boost Controller (Removed)
2.5" DownPipe

Magnaflow 3" Oval Muffler
Hondata S200B P72
ACT Xtreme Pressure plate

248whp & 183fl lbs @ 7psi

I thought my numbers were good for 7psi - But now that I look at a few of you....they seem to be a little low. Would anyone know why??..Does it have to do with the SH tranny?? What did I do wrong....

By the way...these numbers were on a dynopack....if that matters any..

They don't show you the HKS intake, the Optima redtop or the Skunk2 IM & TB...but to date, it's the only pictures i've taken. It's rained every darn day since I've had the car tuned..

Everybody taht's running the ACT XTSS...how is it holding up to higher hp levels? I'm trying to decide if i should put my current XTSS in the new built motor with my gt35R, or if i should upgrade clutches.

Sleeve are great but, everyone always gets all excited starts on there set up realizes how much they are going to spend and then backs out. Look into what is practical for your wallet. You can safely boost a stock motor, and have a fast car. Also brings up the issue of how much of these huge hp numbers is actually usable power in a light, front wheel drive car.

Key is what is PRACTICAL. Boost is an addiction take it in steps.

As for the ACT clutch upgrade it, its not meant for huge numbers.
