Yeah but in that ******* pic it's wrong in the firing order for D series NON vtec, mine is definetly not that. And besides in that pic it's NOT a vtec head, via z6 or y8, looks to be a b7 or b8 head for 92-95, obd1.

That is a d15b7 from a 1995 Civic DX.. the firing order is 1-3-4-2
but the distributor is rotated to one side..
earlier D series looks like this:

If your model looks different from those,Take a pic and I will make a chart like the ones above..

i have my fireing order set up the same way as shown and my engine is skipping like crazy. i have a 95 honda civic dx non vtec. can anyone help me out.

To be fair this info is still good info even it were in a an 8 year old topic. If it were a "which swap should I choose?" and the OP hasn't posted in it for years then I'd lock it down, but if someone searched "firing order" this would pop up.

thanks lol looks like i had all that right i put the old distributor back in and the car started up and ran fine... Im am ultimatly haveing a problem while driving and when it first starts out. the engine lags out on me. with no responce to the gas pedal. I have changed every part out i could think of except the distributor. which didnt work. can anyone out there please help me. I'm bafled.

hey Contender25 I also have a 1992 honda civic But mines a CX with the d15b8 in it and i was wondering if ur sure thats how ur firing order is set up? Cuz i need to know if mine needs to be that way.. my car runs like Crap right now just did HG on it and forgot the firing order and if thats how its suppost to be then that would explain it Let me know asap THANKS Sry for the Bump on an old post.. Im new to this...
