are these safe for OEM harnesses like the techones that xenith sells? sorry, not trying to bring in other sponsors items, just wondering wut the $10 diff means, thanks.

How do the ballasts come up to normal power state in winter weather, time-wise? I live in a somewhat cool winter climate, and my to/from work commutes are usually in the dark, both ways..

The H4 lo/hi bulbs.. are the lows or highs halogen? Or are both HID?
