just wondering if anyone knows where the 6 disc changer is supposed to be located in 5th generation accords....i have one and the bracket looks like its supposed to be in the trunk hanging from the speaker deck/window sill location but i cant figure it out...any help would be appreciated.

 

yeah i have seen them in the trunk my friend with a 94 wired his under his frunt seat but i didnt like it there it was hard to get to when driving but i gess so would the trunk

does the 5th gen come stock with 6/9s in the back? sorry not trying to jack the thread i just saw the pic and it didnt look like six by nines

 

yes those are 6X9's i think maybe the 5th gen coupes and possibly the 5th gen ex sedans had them, others are equiped with 6 1/2".

 

oh,, when i got my car the back speakers were shot so i replaced them and the cut out looked to cheese dick to be stock, its a lx , so thank you for the quick response now i know why it was such a lame *** cut out

 

That location works well, assuming you can still fit a couple suitcases in the trunk.

What head unit do you have?

well i still just run a crappy sony one, the disc changer isnot hooked up at the moment but if you were wondering i got with a jdm navigation/headunit combo....
