Default yellow lights (high beam) pic request..on dc's..

i searched but didnt really come up with anything..i saw a pic of a car here with a yellow lens on the high beam..not the bulbs but the lens itself.

Aside from being illegal, why would you want yellow film on the plastic instead of just using a yellow bulb?

umm..im not doing this on my teg..i just like how it looks so im just wondering if anyone has a pics..i dont see anything wrong bout learning new stuff..
