For sale is my 1992 Civic CX Hatchback. I bought the car used from Scott Honda Of west Chester less than a year ago. I was the second owner, previous owner took amazing care of the car, and was 100% stock and in awesome condition. I purchased the car for $5,000. Since then I added a set of coil-overs by Arospeed, a Short Shifter, and a custom exhaust that consists of 2 1/4" piping to a thrush resonator and then to a REAL Apexi N1 Muffler. The exhaust is very quiet and not raspy at all, sounds great. I also have an eBay intake, front upper strut bar, and a DC sports rear lower tie bar. I also got lucky and found a matching blue rear deck lid on eBay which is also hard to find. Also a bit expensive but it was worth it.
About a month ago now i had an accident which left the front radiator support bent....bent pretty bad. The hood and the drivers side fender and front bumper are also damaged from the accident. I have stock turn signal lenses that will be included...
The interior is actually VINYL, which is not too common to find on the hatchbacks...at least in MINT condition. The interior of this hatch is MINT. The seats are all 100%, the dash and controls are all in great condition and in working order. The moldings along the windows are also 100% no crusty cracked moldings here.
I had plans of doing a GSR swap around this time but since the accident i can not afford to fix the car AND do the swap. And i am in desperate need of a new car ASAP which is why i am selling it.
Now for all the problems: Front end of course (radiator support, hood, drivers side fender, front bumper) will need to be replaced. I have headlights like i said before. The paint is in decent condition, there are some dents on the drivers side and some scratches on the rear bumper. The paint is original and has a slight off-coloring to it towards the rear of the car as you can barely see in the pics. The car has no rust, the only spot which is in a picture below, is on the rear drivers side fender well (which is very common) but it is VERY small and is barely anything to worry about. The trans needs to be replaced, although the cars drives fine and doesnt grind whatsoever the throwout bearing went and led to a rattling and terrible sound from the tranny, you can find a d-series trans cheap easily. The car still drives, handles great, non-smoker, less than 125,000 on it....Also last weekend i went to adjust the springs on the car and 2 lug nuts broke off, so you will need to replace 2 of the stems on the front drivers side hub.
As you can tell from the pics the car is in great condition for a 92. If you have the time and money you can fix this car quick and easy. I am trying to go to college next fall and need all the money i can, therefore have 0 time and no money to put into it.
I am located about 40 minutes from philly in West Chester PA. My AIM is r0bcee if you have ANY questions.
The car will come without a headunit but will have Infinity speakers that are almost brand new and sound great...
*PRICE* Okay I am asking $1,500 for the hatch picked up. Some may say the price is too much some may say the price is perfect, it depends on the buyers connections with body work people and or funds. The car was perfect when i got it all it needs is the front fixed and either a tranny or swap. D-Series trannys are dime a dozen these days so that is not a problem whatsoever. Add a nice coat of paint if youd like and you ahve yourself a mint hatch which isnt too common nowadays. The car runs fine, the motor ran 100% before trans went, car still engages in gear fine and drives okay, but it does make alot of rattling and a new tranny is needed.
The artwork of my friends and their markers WILL be removed before sale
Now for the pics:

Not that it matters, but day i purchased it....
Thanks for looking

I believe I saw this car at the west chester meet. I was wondering about those seats. Car looked good and I know you had some plans for it in the future. Sorry about the accident.
But goodluck on the sale
