Default 97 Civic DX, to EX manifold conversion!

Ok, soI got a 97 Civic DX, the damn manifold is no good so I want to go with an EX manifold. I got the cat back from a 99-00 Si, it has the o2 sensor on the cat. Who has done this and what do you need to do to extend the wire for the second o2 sensor?

You can get an extension made for you 02 sensor plug so you can plug in the primary 02...

man i jus did the same thing last week... anysways just extend the wires from the si cat... get the same four colors of wire from like home depot or auto zone etc.... you can even use the same color wire just remember where they go if you want.. cut the wires on the sensor from the cat in the middle.. make sure you have enough wire on the sensor so you can wire it back up after you extended the plug wires... after the wiring is done on the plug, wire it back up to the wires left on the sensor... then plug it to one of the 02 sensor sockets... make sure socket is for the 02 cat sensor. then repeat these steps for the sensor on the ex exhaust manifold... conprenday mi amigo? (do u understand?) sensor on the ex header should be right before it hits the cat ok... good

Sounds too easy! Oh and it's spelled "comprende". I guess I will tackle this job once I get my hands on an EX exhaust manifold and downpipe, thanks!
