Default Just did Rear disc convo and now the tires stick out farther in the back than in the front

Like the title says, I used 90 teg rear TA's and the civic's upper compensator arms and the civic's LCA's so am I missing something or should I just use the civic TA's with the tegs brakes and hubs? TIA

p.s. it's on a 90 dx hatch

If I remember right 90 Tegs there suspension is mildly diffrent. when you say stick out, does it look like your camber is mesed up?

or does the whole tire\rim stick out past the wheel arch?

cause If im right, with teg suspension, you wind up with POSITIVE camber. where the top of your rims stick out farther then the bottom.

that camber is true for the front but not the back. The wheel sticks out past the fender arch like a 1/4 inch

The camber up front is fine It's lowered to bring the camber back into spec (up Front) in back the camber wasn't off at stock ride height. The tires just stick out too far. I do have 7 in rims but I had them on before and they were fine at all heights. and No I'm on tokico's with Grond controls

Pretty much, The teg TA's are a little wider in stance so I'm just gonna swap the calipers and hub assemblies.

I was going to say the same thing I am using 93 gsr rear disks and they sit perfect I had to switch out the integra toe arms to the crx one's and that was it...the camber was a little off but I corrected it I actually had negative camber
(the bottom of the wheel stuck out further then the top)

Yeah, did that to mine too.

Take out the 4 torx screws and the big nut. I think they are T-50 and the nut is 24mm.

Use a torch to get the screws out. Get them as hot as you can, they are stuborn. Leave the big nut on for last. I stripped one or two on mine and had to drill the heads off and grab the rest with vise grips.

You may have to hit the spindle nut with a hammer to "un-press" it from the Trailing arm.

I measured mine and I think that changing the spindles only widens the rear 1/4 total (1/8th per side)

I have the rear trailing arms from a 90-93 teg on my CRX and it is TRUE that they do increase the rear stance but a little bit (I think it's 1/2" on each side).

In order for me to use 205/25's on the rear of my car I had to roll the fenders and run a 40 or greater offset wheel.

I originally had 205 azenis on 32 offset wheels without rolled fenders and let me tell you... it didn't end well.

This guy is correct if you can understand what he is saying.

Reuse the CRX lower control arm (LCA), the one the shock mounts to
Reuse the CRX upper control arm, the one that is held to the body with the two bolts
Reuse the CRX toe arm, the tiny little guys in the very front of the Trailing Arm

I'm told that you can use the 90-93 Integra Upper, and lower control arms as long as you use both not mix and match. This will push the tires out a little more though.

Another thing on lowered cars, the 90-93 upper arm (with two bolts to the body) can be used to get the camber back to normal since they are longer than a CRX.
