Did a search but didn't find anything to help me out. I have a USDM aftermarket header but not sure what brand w/ 2.5 catback exhaust. which donut gasket do i use for 2.25 header collector to 2.5 cat? tia.

 

You need the gasket that matches your header. Are you running a cat?

 

no cat. just went to a muffler shop n they just bent a pipe in place of the cat.

 

Try using a GSR donut gasket. That's what I used, worked like a charm.

 

aren't the gsr inner diameter collector smaller then aftermarket header?

 

Some aftermarket headers are the same stock 2.25 diameter, while others can be the larger 2.5'' collector.

If it's the stock-sized collector get a normal Integra donut gasket - VTEc or not doesn't matter.

If it's the 2.5'' type collector then order a 1995 Acura Legend GS donut gasket or a Honda S2000 gasket. I'd say get the Legend GS one because it's cheaper, and it's the same thing as the S2000 one.
