Scammer, Armand Gonzales of San Jose, CA - BEWARE!!
I saw this guy, Armand Gonzales' (bigboi220) auction for 99 Acura Integra OEM headlights on EBAY a while back, Oct 2001. I e-mailed him and he accepted my offer of $275 shipped and he ended the auction early cancelling all bids. I paypaled him the money and the next morning, he told me by e-mail that he had shipped the lights via UPS and that I should recieve them in a couple days. I waited a week and with no headlights, I tried to e-mail him, but his e-mail (phatsaq420@yahoo.com) was cancelled. I tried his ebay acct, but that was unregistered. I filed a fraud report to both my PD and San Jose PD, and last I heard the San jose PD was going to stop by his house but still haven't heard from either of them. I contacted ebay and paypal, but they couldn't do anything. I have filed numerous fraud reports on this guy via the internet and both PD's. I contacted his other feedback people and they gave me this address:
Armand Gonzales
3308 Landess Ave, Apt. D
San Jose, CA 95132
I am out $275 and am very pissed. Anyone around that area willing to help me out?
Thanks guys.
Also if anyone has been ripped on ebay by a guy selling 99 GSR headlights, let me know. I believe I saw a similar auction a little bit after my tragedy and similarly the auction was ended early with no bidders and the seller unregistered.

I also sent him a demand letter (per both PD's advice) and I got confirmation that he accepted and signed for it so I know he lives there.
ima kill this dood, anyone in San Jose area willing to help me out?
$50 to the guy who's got the guts to go to his house and get my money back.
thanks guys, but make sure you got a couple of your bros, dun want anyone to get hurt, just intimidate him!!

not to add to your frustration, but if you side bid offers to people selling stuff and they sell to you outside of ebay, you are not protected by ebay anymore.
Just something to keep in mind.
And I am an hour from san jose and $50 isn't worth it

1. Always mail payments through your local USPS and send it return receipt.
2. Use Money orders. They have tracking numbers.
3. Insure everything!
4. Get tracking number whether they be USPS, FedEX, or UPS

pdiddy, f you moron. You go drive an hour out of your way, possibly risking your life for $50???
You are the damn troll.
And why dont you take some of your own advice "if you have nothing good to say, DONT SAY ****!"
**** i'll give you $50 to punch yourself in the face. And I am dead serious. Hit yourself as hard as you can in your face and I will give you $50.
If $50 is so much damn money to you, you go get this guy his 250 back. I hate seeing people get scammed as much as the next guy, but it gets to a point that you are just asking for it.
So the offer still stands. Punch yourself in the face and I will give you 50

1. this means nothing just means someone got it
2. they are only trackable in as being cashed or not, cannot find out who cashed them. someone could get it sign it over to someone and they cash it
3. insurance is nothing. if its delivered you are out the money anyway
i know all of this because i just lost 950.00 to a guy in cali and i talked with the local postal inspector, and he said basically "oh well you are screwed sorry"
also, the PD department has lied to you, i called the Temple City sheriffs dept in regards to my case and they said "sorry", you have to go to small claims court and file a complaint. this is the second time this has happend to me in the last 3 months and both times this is what i have been told. Take it with a grain of salt i guess, but now i only do cod, and if they wont do it, then i work a couple extra nights late to save up for the brand new stuff
Guys, chill. Thanks for your concern.
I'll up it to $100 if you get my money back.
doesn't look like i will so
oh well $100 it is to the person that gets my money back.
i have all e-mails, papers, paypal reciept everything.

DAMN YOU ARE ONE SORRY ***! Wtf did you say that? If it was your money and I lived an hour from the guy who ripped you off and told you 50 is not worth it to you how would you feel? Damn troll!
hey, look at yourself. 85% and less than 500 posts. you really bring the definition of trolling to a new level.
with minimal stuff said, 50 dollars is not enough cash to warrant an hour drive.
first off, gas alone in cali will run him around 20-25 dollars both ways, second off, looking for trouble is not worth 25 dollars.

Fuzz: "Hi, I am _____, I am here for turbothisls's money"
Scum bag: "Sure you are"
f: " No really, give me the $275, I will send it to him."
s: "Get off my porch."
So the two decide to rumble and they both go to jail all because turbothisls is out $275. I have lost money to shady deals, but to think you are going to get it back by sending a crew of people you don;t know to someone's house is ridiculous.
If this guy is legit, he will never give $275 to some guy claiming to know a turbols. If he is a fraud, he isn't going to give the money to anyone. Posts like this are ridiculous. The only way to handle a case of fraud like this is between the PDs, lawyers and the buyer and seller. This isn't the wild wild west, and no on eis going to go on a cursade for justice, which very well may endanger their person, so you someone can recoop his loses.
Thanks to the turbo LS guy for warning us not to do business with this guy, but you may as well kiss your $275 away b/c their is no way some guy named armand is going to give any money to anyone showing up at his house asking for it. What you shold do is check is DMV or BMV records and have someone **** up his car.

Ok, you up the price to $150, and I'll call my friend up in the 408 who's a San Jose COP! I'll get your money back, but I have to give my buddy $50 for helping out. How's that sound? Plus this ****** might even get arrested, now wouldn't that be a bitch!

$125
i don't care, as it stands I'm getting nothing.
I have called the San Jose PD.
they are waiting on a fax of the demand letter.
let me know what you wanna do.
hey if someone's willing to do it, i have the money and all the documents
this would be the scenario:
Friend: hey armand, I'm ____ a friend of TurbothisLS. I have proof that you ripped him off $275 and I am here to ask you for it. If you do not, I will call the police and let them deal with it.
Pond Scum: hell no! or who the crap are you? or um...ok here's $275
Friend: thank you (recieve money), have a nice life.....(proceed with sammy sosaing his sorry little punk ***)

I don't want to start an argument with you, I really am sorry you lost your money. $275 is a lot to me, but I really doubt it will be that easy. And what if this armand is some scarface type of ******** and he takes whoever you send into the bathroom and chop him up with a chainsaw. That is really unlikely, but a lot of people get hurt for less (drive-bys, random shootings). You have to wonder if it is really worth it, or should you just suck up your loses, do whatever is legally possible and learn from your mistake.
