Make sure you use a radiator from a B16 equipped car as the coolant hose inlet and outlets will be the same size.

Use a DOHC Civic radiator (99-00 SI). The SOHC radiator won't cool the coolant enough.

Not true. I ran a half size thin core on an ITB equipped B16 in Miami that I beat the hell out of. No cooling problems whatsoever. I know of numerous other similar situations. The only thing that sucks is that the coolant hoses don't fit the radiator.

I used regular clamps that you can pick up from any hardware store, just make sure you tighten it real well, or it may leak a bit

BTW how did you guys run your mounting bracket for the top and bottom??? my **** is currently zip tied up top(been like that for 2 days now, so dont flame)

I dont recommend using zipties at all, but mine are holding up for the time being(its only temporary til i can fabricate a proper mount) The radiator is holding up, no issues with heat at all. As far as plug and play, I used a slim fan instead of the stock fan and shroud. I made a connector for it so i wouldnt have to slice through the wiring and whatnot. And finally, for my turbo app, i pulled out the AC, cant help you there

I used a half koyo radiator with my turbo ls work alright had to cut alittle piece of the fan cover off to clear the turbo manifold. Use water wetter with your half radiator helps cool your motor down.
