Use a 12m wrench and a set of pliers to remove the hose.

1. Turn engine off
2. Let Engine cool off
3. Disconnect electrical plug
4. Remove 2 bolts (12mm)
5. Disconnect hose using pliers (2)
6. Use carb cleaner spray to clean it out.
7. To reinstall, follow steps backwards.

You should also test to see if it is functional by jumping your ECU or using a voltmeter. This way, you should hear it click while the engine is in ON position. Please refer to the ECU thread for the proper ecu location to jump.
