Default got some new springs!

but i havent done any springs in over 2 years, so which ones go in the front and which go in the back? i was told the ones that are tightly wound at the bottom are for the rear, and the taller ones for the front... is that right? they look like this, but they are a differant color.

trying to get em' done, any help will be awesome!

yeah, thats typically how they go. the rear ones are going to be more progressive and the fronts are more linear. its not ALWAYS the case, but most of the time.

progressive = closer?
linear = spread out?

well, progressive means the rate changes. the springs on the left are tightly wound and then are loosely wound. thats progressive. the springs on the right are nearly constant, except a bit at the bottom. so its still a bit progressive, but mostly linear.

Look at the thickness of the spring. The thicker ones go in front
