Default Installed a NRG Front Suspension Brace

I recently purchased a NRG Front Under Carriage Brace for my EG. I purchsed it through AUTO DREAMS for a really good deal. Its pretty inexpensive when compared to the other ones on the market that can cost as much as $200. Its cheap so i figure if it breaks, oh well.

I dont know how it will stand up to my 2.0l Motor abuse , im for now rocking the 90hp CX motor until my built motor is completed. heres pics

Its easiest if you have access to a lift or rack cause you have to drop the LCAs bolts.

heres a shot of it installed

close up of it installed

If you buy three braces, NRG throws in a set of TODA ITB's  Just kidding, this is another car we are working on at the shop.

First impressions are great. the car tightened up alot from what i can tell. It feels more planted on the road, and it seems to body roll and flex less in the corners. All this with a whopping CX motor! i wonder what it will feel like when i get my 2.0l in........

Big thanks to Auto Dreams for hooking me up. Be sure to contact them if you are interested. they make them for EGs and DC2 chassis's

Are you sure it will fit with the 2.0? Most companys don't work with swapped engines i believe

ground clearance is excellent.

I dont see how it will affect anything when my 2.0 motor goes in

Im about to buy one... **** $50 isnt that much for a brace if you ask me. Did you have to buy new bolts or anything?

Looks nice.....I've heard some stories about those getting ripped off the car and tearing stuff up though.

reposition the lift pads next time before you get under the car.

lol, the pads arent really touching the car. they were too long , just the outer arms are touching the jack points.
