2 things. Unless you had a motor swap, you have a b16a2 .
Also, to properly answer that question, people need to know what your plans for the car are (all motor, boost, track, drag strip, etc).

I have type R cams. Good bang for the buck, and I get to keep my stock internals.

Try to get a hold of some ITR cams, I have them in my B16A2, and they scream at VTEC. You will notice a little extra pull too.

 

the car will be turbo by next summer

I've got B16B CTR cams with stock internals. Gives me decent pull....

yeah itr and ctr cams are really aggressive in vtec and the best thing about them is you can use all your stock head stuff so you dont have to take out a loan to get some good cams.... if you want to be in debt then go ahead and purchase some toda stage 3's with titanium springs and retainers but otherwise dont waste your money on something shitty like some stage 1 skunk 2's or crowers because you wont even feel a difference.....

 

Werd. The shop that installed my cams did a hella crappy job, so i had to take it to Honda to geta valve adjustment. But it is all good now.

 

OEM ITR/CTR

 

I think Type R cams would be a good upgrade for you, because they're cheap, reliable, and work well with boost for your future set up.

I understand that we are talking about Cams or camshafts, but im also hearing somewhere in this forum about Intake cams/Exaust cams? can somebody explain these two?
