Which paint doesn't affect intercooler heat exchange efficiency?
I am planning to paint my intercooler black to keep the sleeper look.
I live in Australia and the heat in summer is fairly hot + dry. I am also running high boost and don't want to compromise the heat exchange property of the intercooler core.
Is there any black paint that doesn't reduce the heat exchange property?

Anodizing basically bonds dye to metal. The dye actually becomes a part of the metal. Meaning it will have little to no effect on the cooling properties of the radiator. Only problem is, it is usually expensive to have this done.

Just paint the end tanks and LIGHTLY mist the core with radiator paint...to answer your question there is no easily available paint that won't hurt efficiency.
How much power are you making? If your under 500whp, i'd check out http://www.johnnyracecar.com they make a Anodized black FMIc for a decent price...like 265$
