Difference between Coupe/Sedan handling?
I know these are going to be a pretty noob questions, but I'd like to get them out of my system.
1) Is there a significant handling difference between Hatches and Coupes?
2) Difference between EG and EK?
3) Are all handling related upgrades interchangable between Hatches and Coupes?
That's all for now, thanks in advance!

I've never driven a hatchback, or a sedan Civic I only know coupes, so I wouldn't know much about the handling.
As far as the differences between EGs/EKs.
EKs range from 96-00, while EGs are 92-95.
All EGs/EKs come with D series motors, either 1.5/1.6 depending on the submodel.
The EKs have OEM 1 peice headlights, while the EG uses a corner peice.
EGs are OBD1 wiring, while EKs are OBD2
EKs have different door handles than EGs.

Chassis wise coupes and hatches are the same, so long as you compare EG to EG and so on.
The hatch will ultimately be the faster and better handling car, simply because it's lighter. Unless it's going to be a hardcore track vehicle, take my advice from the previous thread and go with an EX coupe.
I have both an EX and a CX and trust me, the EX is MUCH nicer for daily driving.
I told you before, A/C, power steering, windows, locks, sunroof and much quieter.
