intercooler pipe

Default intercooler pipe

does any one have any pics of how u ran your intercooler pipes in a 91 crx, or know of a good way to run them? thanks

Depends on the kit, but easiest way is to go like this (remove front bumper of course)....


From the throttle body, go towards the front left (when facing vehicle), curve around frame, connect to intercooler, from the intercooler, go right, around frame, stay low (clearing radiator, but not lower than frame), and curve up to the turbo. I have pics somewhere, but do a look on the revhard page or go here http://www.revhard.com/turbokits/kit1.jpg

i tried that, from the throttle body to the intercooler is easy but from the intercooler to the turbo is the hard part the pipe sits to low cause of the rods that go to the crossmember

I made mine easier....

I have a total of 20 inches of tubing for my pressure pipes for my turbo...

Water/air kicks ***....

It will clear if you get the Z10 cross member. That is the only was I was able to clear the piping.


I have a total of 20 inches of tubing for my pressure pipes for my turbo...
