Default Crash Cages

so, i've been riding a whole lot - and I just got back from moving into my new home, Myrtle Beach -

I was going to do some mods to my F4

-Wave Rotors
-Braided line
-Ohlins Dampner
-Rear Sets

but now, coming back from SC, it seems pointless...

for the amount i am in the twisties here in NY it makes total sense... but down there the roads are just straight, and i've been getting more and more into stunting, so...

anyone have any experience with Crash Cages? i know the Freestyle Inginuity ones are no good for going around turns because they scrape... but I haven't heard anything about the 905 cages... anyone have any experience?

thanks in advance...

btw if anyone has any cages for a 00' F4, hit me up

Racing 905 will probably give you even less ground clearence than FI. They stick out quite a bit, and alot of people complain of hitting their shins/knees on the bar during normal riding (myself included). But the 905 cage is great (I crashed tested it myself at about 50mph), and their customer service is top notch (Aaron gave my friend a new cage since his was tweaked).

i have the freestyle ingenuity and i love it. i do a lot of stuntin and let me tell you it saves me a lot of money. its a little bit more pricey than the 905 cage. my 2 cents

Well, its me guys (phaze2 mike)
On my 636, I have the powers bike workx cage. After a week of homework I found it to tbe best. Freestyle cages are for people who either cant/dont get low, they can not get low AT ALL.
Racing 905: Great customer service, lifetime warrenty, but HORRIBLE on the shins, i mean bad bad. Also, no slider, or slider option, bike goes over at anything but a standstill it rolls up onto the tank and the screen and tail, totally defeatring the purpose of saving your bike.

THe powers cage allows the lowest turns (i get to the end of my tire on both sides and then some), amazing strength, nice on the shins, and cheap too ($245). It comes with baby sliders and they sell optional extended ones to prevent rolling up on the tank. I think you know which one Id recomend.

905 is good. Yet like i said, after sitting on bikes with thier cage, it is the worst of the cages in terms of shin hitting, and Im only 5'9", so my legs arent even that long. Also, they have no slider, or slider option, which if you happen to lay the bike down means itll flip right up on the tank with any momentum. But, I will say this, thier lifetime garentee is nice.
