Nice header but it seem you sacrifice a decent amound of midrange power for a few more horsies at redline. What are you coming from? Do you plan on dynoing before and after? (Doubt it)

Dude not trying to be a dick but there was just a dyno comparison posted of the RMF vs a Modified Greddy, and the differences were as much as 15whp in the midrange

What do you think the gains are over a Vibrant/Mugen copy?

^^ You're wrong if I'm not mistaken... That was a comparison over the prospeed header. I just read that thread a few days ago. Use your search button and find the thread. Randy makes a totally different header than Prospeed even though alot of people get them confused because they look similar. I have never personally seen any bad results with Randy's headers...

^^ You'd be surprised how much power these don't make, even the real Mugen, on an H-series. I think you would be much more satisfied with the RMF or a DTR...

I've heard a rumor that Rick will be doing an H-series header test sometime soon... If you don't believe me, wait and see the results in person.

i remember that thread. I forgot which header it was though. Prospeed or RMF, but it cracked and it lost like a lot of whp in the mid to the greddy with the collector. it only beat the greddy one by 1 or 2whp on top but lost like 15whp mid range. i forgot which header it was thought .... prospeed or RMF.

and it cracked because of the material they were using, but they fixed that now and no more cracks.

Nice header, where'd you get the IM? What is the overall specs of the engine? You gonna do a before and after header test to quantify the gains reaped from Randy's header?

Yeah and I will be holding my breath for that to be realized . I guess that "soon" is a relative term.

Im working on an article for tunerzine, working on getting products made (traction bars will be released in 4-6 weeks), working on getting a B series engine build shoot out together, working on arranging some flow bench testing for the H manifold/ITB options out there, working on a couple more small articles for H-T, of course theres my 5 month old daughter and fiance that require my time as well and starting on the 18th Ill be going back to work 6 days a week.

So please do hold your breath, and keep the smart *** comments to yourself.

Oh yeah, excelent craftsmanship Randy... Cant wait to get my header

Gee quick to anger. I am just opposed to people spreading "rumors". Also, six months on Honda-Tech is not "soon" either. I will distribute my smart-*** comments where I see fit thanks. It is after all Honda-Tech.com, we need the haters and drama

Nowhere did I post anything related to a header shoot out as soon. In all honesty Im waiting on someone local to me to recieve their dyno before I move forth with attaining each and every header to be used. I used "end of the year" as a buffer, it may be much sooner than expected anyway.

anyways, enough about that ****...

Patiently awaiting the completion and arrival of my super sexxxy RMF header
