Whats the best suspension for 5th GEN prelude???

In both ride quality and performance???

For the money, I don't thimk you can beat this combo.

I have Tein Basics. They work really well on the track but they have a harsh ride. I am not sure if they are blown or not because it feel like the shocks bottom out VERY easily if I hit a bump. I need to have them checked.
