Default 99 - 00 Civic front end conversion

hey if i was to convert a 98 civic hatch to the 99 - 00 front end what would i need?

FRONT:

*lights
*grille
*front bumper
*hood?
*fenders?

REAR:

*tail lights
*rear bumper?

and how much would the conversion cost me after i have all the parts or is it a DIY?

front:
*lights(might as well get some CTR ones)
*grille(get the SI/CTR grille)
*front bumper
*hood(or a carbon fiber hood)
*fenders

rear:
*tailights
you don't need the rear bumper from a 99. 96-00 have all the same rear bumpers.

pricing varies whether or not you buy them new or used. and also, if you need the body parts painted, that is extra $$$.

i dunno... the 98 front is kinda "too clean" if there can be such a thing...

but i'm gonna do the fog light conversion:

what do you think?

oh yeah, one more thing... after i get all the parts mentioned, they'll fit on with out having to do any other mods to my car?

thnx guys.

i like the 96-98 front end better. everyone and their mothers brothers are doing the 99-00 front end with the si lip and si grill... same sh*t i see on everyones car.
atleast w/ the 96-98 you can opt for the CTR lip, spoon CF lip, OEM flat black lip, ETC ETC.

I've installed the oem fog lights on my 96 bumper and added a Tsunami lip. It's nice the way the outer corners of the lip joins the sides of the fogs. Just to tell you can still keep your front bumper and add a lip and/or oem fog and it'll still look sweet.

take care!

you also need the bumper support from a 99-00 and modify a tad bit to fit

i'm not sure about all the details myself...

hey, once you have all the parts, is it just a simple bolt on procedure or did you have to go to a shop?
