Default More dyno graphs

I went back to the dyno and tuned the car from the other graphs I posted before.
I REALLY wish I had the sms header again. Im sure you'll see why.

Final graph:

Next one is against the last state of tune from last weekend:

Here it is again with actual numbers, its got some power....:

The last one is against last saturday's dyno with the sms header.
I really really wish i had the header again today. I would put money
down that it would be even HIGHER than it is already.....

I think 220 would be easy with a better header such as the SMSP.

Once again, great thanks go to the guys at Rosen Autosport in Richmond.

**daydreaming again** can I take yours out to the road course? My 174 seems a bit weak now ;-)

Nice job Steve - I think "master tuner" about sums it up! Long Live Naturally Aspirated R's - whoooohoooo!!!!

I see you gained everywhere in the plot. Was this with A/F tuning or cam gears, or both?

What A/F did you shoot for? 13.1:1?

Since when did you get a cold air intake? (Bump at 4,400 or so) You always had a filter on a stick before?

Default Re: More dyno graphs (Mike K)

mikek: I basically disregard A/F ratio. I just use it as a guide to tell me what I have done. But I was tuning everything... cam timing, ignition timing, fuel, etc

This is not MY car. This one belongs to a customer.

Mods are as follows:

Toda Spec C cams
Toda gears
portflow head
Stock Intake manifold/TB
wiseco 12:1 pistons
eagle rods
COMPLETELY balanced rotating assembly
AEM intake(duh)
spoon header
test pipe
tanabe RM exhaust

and HONDATA

There are more gains to be had by a better header/exh combo.

What WHP do you think you'll max out at with the SMSP exhaust/header combo?
