I left Sunday afternoon so I could make it back to NH (23 HR drive) in time to go to work for Tuesday AM. As I was passing through Indiana some A**Hole threw a brick off one of the overpasses. It hit my newly painted hood and smashed out my windshield. It scared the crap out of me. It was 12am and I was doing 85 MPH when it happened. I pulled over to see if I could see anything. I Filed a report with the Indiana State police but they said they couldn't do much.

F**KIN A**HOLE's

The nex day I got pulled over for speeding. I was clocked by a plane in Ohio. The Cop saw my windshield and felt bad for me and let me go with a written warning.

Overall I had a blast at the EXPO I met a lot of really cool people.

that **** has been happening a lot lately especially in NY, **** kids

 

my civic would become an offroad vehicle if someone threw a brick at it... i would baja over as many things as possible to kill them. in turn, killing my car, but i'd get the satisfaction of stopping a punk from injuring another civic.

glad you had fun, even though i don't have an ITR i may try to make the next Expo, looks like tons of fun.

I will post a pic as soon as I am able to. The insurance adjuster is going to look at it on Friday. It is a brand new hood I just had painted the day before I left for EXPO!

Something like that happened a few years ago here, except it was a large rock/small boulder instead of a brick, and the driver would have been better off if he had been killed

Took off much of his face. I don't remember the eventual outcome, other than he faced dozens of reconstructive surgeries, and the culprit was never caught.

 

I have heard about people dieing from crap like that, sorry to hear about the car but I am glad you are allright

 

Sorry Dave, that **** really sucks... I hope Insurance pays for it.. On the bright side you didnt get a ticket.
