Default 98-01 Bumper Cover Conversion ?

I've got a 95 se that is in need of a new bumper cover and was wondering what all was involved in converting to the 98-01 bumper cover. Headlights, corner markers, brackets ...?

You need the actual bumper (of course), the headlights, the turn signals, and that's it. I've heard the 94-97 turn signals work too but don't fit as well plus it probably doesn't look right, so just be safe and spend the $20 for the 98 signals

98+ signal brackets are not the same as 94-97. My 98 bumper didnt have the signal brackets so I ended up just taping the signals in from the backside temporarily.
