Default RMF H22 header (fits 5th gen prelude chassis with no mod's or removal of the crossmember)

For those who dont know, Randy Monroe (the RM in RMF) has been building headers for some of the fastest Hondas in the world, Bisi, Leslie Durst, Eric Aguilar are just a few of the names on Randy's list of clientel.

Randy has had a prelude version of his H22 header for quite a while but I dont think anyone has really posted any pictures or info on it. This isnt another crack prone, misaligned tubing, poor welding, modification to or complete removal of the crossmember required, look a like header with 10 different names. This is the original OG RMF header built by Randy himself, not a knock off built by one of his former employees. Randy's header design, development and fabrication skills are amongst the elite. The performance of his header against some of the industries top selections in a recent header test/comparison is a fine example. If thats not enough, the world records set by racers running RMF parts should be

Enough talk, here are a few pics for your viewing pleasure

For more information PM Randy and include a link to this thread in your message.

And no...

I do not sell, distribute or profit from the sale of any RMF products or services.

Im simply just letting you guys know that there is a great new option for anyone in the market for a no mod required, quality H22 header

No its not my motor in the pics above. For any pricing info PM Randy.

Its not the motor that changes a headers ability to perform. H series, B series, K series... whatever. Its the mind behind the header, the fomulas and methods used to create a combination for each particular application... Thats what you want to look for. If a header specialist can develop a succesful combination for one motor, chances are hell be able to accomplish the same on another.

Keep in mind, Randy built bisi's D series headers . He knows his ****. Each header is built to your psecific combination, there is no doubt that RMF headers will perform amongst if not better than the rest of the markets options.

My buddy blake just ordered a header from you. Is it of this design or the 4 into 1 design. I think he said his header was a must remove the a/c? I've got a sleeved GE block with forged JE 11.5 to 1 pistons, forged rods. Ge built the block and I did a full build on my head with stage 2 porting, crower ss valves, tit retainers, dual spings, and crower stage 2 cams. You think I'd benefit greatly if I ordered one of these from you? My setups more in depth than that but I don't want to bore people. So the cost is 750 bucks plus shipping right and that comes coated. Frank at Pocketrockets racing did my head build, I think you know him well. Also can you make one to type sh specs?

Will this header fit a 4th gen with an H22? Or does he make a different one for the 4th gen?

to the two peice design. It sucked *** having to drop my crossmember to get my header on/off. Is this header for any car with an h22 in it ? or for 5th gen preludes or 4th gen preludes ?

If it will fit a 5th gen prelude, it will fit anything...

So yes, it will fit the 4th gen prelude, all Accords w/ H22, etc, etc

Does it require any exhaust modification in a 5th gen, or is it a direct bolt on piece? does it have the 'house' flange on the collector to bolt right up? What is the ID of the collector?
