Now I am NOT saying this guy is a scammer. But "exactvox" aka Jason Hsieh sold my an ITR throttlebody about a month ago. He told me the throttebody was in good condition and that it only had about 12000km on it. So I decided to buy it and paid him $180. I received the throttlebody on April 15 2005. I was very happy that I got it but when I opened the package I saw the TPS sensor broken.
I emailed him back and he said he went out of the country.
So I waited for about 2 weeks.
He emailed and said he would send me a tps sensor and that he would be back on Sunday.
Im like cool, problem solved.
Then after waiting again no reply.
I decide to call and he says he is working overtime and that he has all my information and that he will send it.
Once again I wait thinking the tps has already been shipped.
Its been over a month now and I still am waiting to put this ITR throttlebody on.

Is there anyone who has bought from him or who knows him can contact him? I have been calling him everyday and he doesnt pick up.

I bought this throttlebody from a seller who had a good seller rating with a lot of vouches from people who have bought from him.

 

 

when you say tps was broken was there pieces of it in the box??

 

Half of the connector is torn off.

Jason Hsieh told me the throttlebody was in good condition and had only 12000km.
Doesnt that mean its basically brand new?

That's 7500 miles, seems pretty new to me. That's alot to pay for a t/b that needs replacement parts and consequently will need calibrating. Should give you a good TPS and a partial refund for the headache involved becuase it's not plug and play.

The way so many sellers are these days you're probaby better off sending your stock one to Maxbore for $100 and just have it drilled out to ITR size.

 

 

how was it packaged??? It could have broken during shipment. Did he get insurance?

 

it was wrapped in a lot of layers of saran wrap and covered by big bubble wrapping. I thought it was packaged good.

sorry to see this....i'm going thru some b/s with another seller that has lots of vouches.... i ordered a stock si head from him....as soon as i got it....i checked it....had been boosted to death and lsvtec prepped not even a fitting on the back of the head....i didn't asked for pics cuz he had lots of vouches....little did i know i am getting the run around....dude wants me to pay for shipping costs upfront to ship it back to him.....so he can decide how to resolve it when he gets it back...he wants folks to trust him yet he dont want to trust no one! yea i had trusted him now i got a useless *** head from this dude!
