Hondata S200 and p28 hondata ecu CHEAP!

Up for sell is a a hondata s200 with p28 ecu. I bought this about 4 months ago from a honda-tech member,never got around to put it in and i am now going Haltech and no longer have use for it. Just want back what i paid for it.

ILL BUY IT. DOES IT COME WITH HONDATA S200 SYSTEM WITH THE P28 ECU. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO MAKE IT WORK MY 2000 GSR. I LIVE IN BAY AREA. CAN WE MEET SO I KNOW ITS LEGIT
