Default Wristbands In engine bay Good or Bad?

I know this might be a dumb question but i just want to know for sure. I know mugen and spoon make the little wristband type thingys for the like the master cylinders, but if i got jus a gegualr wristband like the ones form the mall, and use those, would it be safe or would they start to melt or anything like that?

I assume it's the same damn thing. I dont see what the difference would be, unless the Mugen and Spoon ones smell like JDM sweat.

I have Bench ones in mine one black one white, matches the colour scheme of the car.

I see no difference between them all, they are all made of the same material
