has anyone done a jdm one piece headlight conversion to their 3rd gen prelude?
any help would be much appreciated as would pictures

 

There isn't a one-piece headlight conversion for a 88-91 prelude, however you can replace stock headlamps with H4 ones and replace the bulbs.

you can only convert them to prelude INX from japan. however, you'll have to change the fenders, hood, and bumper as well. and they are not one-piece.
prelude INX is a limited edition that came out only in japan and it is very rare.
they look cool though... sorry no pics to post, and no time to search, i'm at work.

i like those somewhat...but not in love with em...what do you other people think about those?

very hard to find. i know that guy who owns the purple one with typeR front bumper. they look better when you actually see them in person. i think it looks sweet, especially when dumped 3-4 inches.

old accord??? i guess you dont pay attention to detail my friend. look at them a little better. the whole front is much lower, fenders look like they're flared, and bumper looks totally different... the headlights resemble the old accors light a bit, but they ARE different.
cost???? i don't know about that... check with your local junk-yards who get their stuff from japan (if there is any around) if they can get it. no one normaly imports those because we don't have the INX here, but if you ask them they might.
i'll let you know if i find out some more info...

 

yeah, those are the poo poo! I think that really updates the look of the 3g and makes it look more like a midnities model. hmmmm, probably lookin at over 1g or 1.5 and alot of work to make that conversion though, i'd rather just make mine fast.

 

The INX also was in canada too. there was one for sale in the US with an H22A for about 3k on hondaprelude.com it needed a paint job and wheels and tires i think.
