Default Idle Probs. with D15B Vtec, O2 Sensor Wiring ??

Car Info:
93 DX Auto
D15B Vtec
DX Tranny
P08 Ecu

Well ever since my motor was installed ive been having all sorts of idle problems. At around January (Chicago winter) whenever temps would drop to below zero, my car would be constantly reving up and down until the motor was warm. No CEL ever came about. I fix that problem by removing my FITV and tightening that screw inside the sensor. However, whenever I would park my car(having it on P, its an auto ) I could hear and feel the idle moving move up and down again. No CEL ever showed.

I tried replacing and cleaning the IACV, but it didn't really help much. Problem still exists today, with warm temps outside. Im also noticing that whenever my car is in motion and when I step on the break, and when my RPM drops to 1000, the car jolts and the tach reading rises again, then finally drops down close to 100 RPM, where the car then starts to shake at a stop. NO CEL again.

BTW, the CEL works, I was getting code 22, replaced the sensor and that rid the code.

I did some more research and discovered a faulty O2 sensor might be the problem. So anyways I found out that the P08 Ecu reads a 1 wire O2 sensor, and upon inspection of my car's wiring I saw that I was using a 4 wire O2 sensor. And this is where im stuck. I tried searching but couldn't find any topics on coverting 4 to 1 wire, and what wire I would need to run to the ECU, if any at all. Please help rid of this annoying problem!!!
