Just as an update, after 5.5 months for constant nagging, FBI claims and threats <U>i</U> finally got my refund. however he still owes these people and im going to keep this thread up until they get there stuff as well.

i added another name to the list that he owes!!

well its been 2 months and still no seat and or word on when im supposed to get it. ive heard story after story. his products might seem good and ive head good things about them, but its seems he's going down hill... i just want my money back!!

well like i said, he has good vouches on HT and my friend didn't have a problem so i thought he could be trusted. i hope it all works out for me as well.

theres your answer, you want your seat, then wait, i mean **** 2 months is a long *** time, but sometimes thats how it is when you order something that is not made in the USA. japan, but this case ROC (republic of china). why would he be a SCAMMER if he offered you refund, but you wont take it and demand the seat? legally if you were offered your money back and you reject it, then you just made a new contract with him and it seems that you did not stipulate any resonable time reference with the new contract nor did you do that with the 1st one, so therefore you order something knowingly it will take a while, so wait wait wait....but it sucks that you have no contact with him...

SCAMMER is someone that takes your money and you never hear from them again, this in case is a LAGGER, get it right...we have alot of SCAMMERS, LAGGERS and most of all FLAKERS so you got the 2nd worst on the list, dont trip...

 

I am in the same situation as you, but i think patient is key, just give him a little more time

 

well.. he has told me 5 different stories. the seats are made in cali. he told my initially id have my seat 2 weeks after i order it. since he was supposed to send it out he hasn't emailed, PMed or IMed me any info. ive done everything.. not to mention the wrong telephone number, excuse after excuse, he hasn't been on AIM in over a week.. but hes was on everyday prior to the date he agreed to send out the seat.

I have had the same problem. I ordered a Bride beanie from him in October. He said that it was sent back to him in the mail. And he would re-send it. And well................... no beanie.

I am just trusting that it will show up sooner or later. Now this thread makes me wonder.

I paid $32 dollars for a beanie?

 

dude, i dont think your getting your ****.. i mean what would it take to get a beanie.. i mean i know a seat is kind of a pain in the ***.. but it would take not even 5 minutes to go to the post office. sorry to tell you!

i think you just paid for his steak dinner and a few drinks. its been 5 months, that money didnt go to a beanie.

**** **** ****...i am glad i am not the only one. my story i paid via paypal on the 18 of dec and recieved the wrong color, so i contact him. he arranges for me to give the seats to someone else and reassures me that i'll be getting what i ordered, a seat of replicas in red. now the 19 of march i recieved nothing. emails and im conversations goes by and nothing is resolve.

wouldnt him not being on his computer have somthing to do with it having a virus? maybe he has a prepaid cell phone and the number he gave you is now inactive because he ran out of minutes? im not saying you are or arnt getting scammed but just think of the possibilities.

 

he has access to his computer through his job. he was on AIM all last week.. i saw him on friday march 11th.
