Default New Skunk2 Pro IM...

Saw an ad yesterday, they are claiming it makes way more power than their old manifold. Anyone seen one/used one yet and have any opinions to share?

Comparing against JG Edelbrock IM mainly...

Never heard of it but I would be very interested in results, since I have a BLOX waiting to be put on, I'd switch it out for Skunk2 Pro if it makes more power.

Bump.

Website is pretty much outdated, but I thought maybe the wholesalers/dealers would have it.

I just got done searching, but didn't find anything.

Yeah I searched before I posted this to avoid any possibility of crazy flame attack by the "search dammit!" crowd. Couldn't find anything. I believe the ad is in the very front of the latest Import Tuner magazine. Saw it at the newstand and wanted it just for the ad but couldn't bring myself to spend $5 or whatever it is just for that crap magazine.

So yeah anyone seen one yet? All motor gurus chime in with opinions on the new design!

as we all know skunk2 makes good parts so anything that they did to this "new" one probably works.

but will it work for both NA and FI??? thats what i want to know

THIS IS our manifold that we just finished testing , it is a stock ITR manifold that has been ban sawed in half , then CNC ported up the entire length of the runner, and finally welded back together. on a stock usdm itr it made 4 peak hp and 14hp in the mid range. we are confident that on a higher compression motor or bigger displacement , it we work even better.[IMG]

Out of curiosity, what does something like that cost? Not including the cost of the manifold itself.

I don't. I'm just curious what it costs.
