Quality CNC'D b series head flange
Hi, We are starting to do cnc'd flanges. Right now we stock B series head flange. We will have more lines of cnc'd flanges coming soon. These are made out of 1/2 1018 cold rolled steel. Here are some pics of our shop and b series head flanges. We have a full line of automated cnc machines. Also we will keep everything we sell in stock and ready to ship. Our prices are very competitive. Pm me for prices. Thanks

Shop looks nice! Mazak’s kick ***!!! Hardinge tool room lathes are very nice to work on!!!
One question, why did you use 1018 steel? IMO, 1018 is junk steel and will rust fast. Why not make them out of stainless??

It's not just the cost, it's the actual machining time and the tooling (when used on stainless) doesn't last as long. You'll pay 2-3x more for a 304 flange than a CRS one.

Some nissan cars will use studs, with carbon steel washers that are about 1/4" thick. This is done to help soak heat from the stud and help with heat problems.
don't you have to be a sponsor to sell stuff in this kinda way? or can anyone post a thread of stuff they make and put it up in this forum as advertising?
