ur intercooler pipes may blow off if your running moderate boost.. may want to get a bead welded around the ends to help eliminate that problem..

I usually bend mine out with vice grips, but thanks. I'll try to remember to do it before I paint the IC piping... hehe

Really! Kit looks top notch Good luck

 

There is a bead roller at Phoenix Turbo. We normally give this as an option at the customers request only.

With the Mild Steel piping and Tbolt clamps to date nobody has ever complained of it popping off or sliding off for that matter.

With the aluminum piping Peakboost would do it right away..

If you want I will send you a call tag for the piping to get it sent back to Phoenix Turbo. I already talked to Ken and we will get it bead rolled if you like free of cost etc.

JK...Kit looks quality I don't have my pipes beaded and never have a problem. T bolt clamps and hairspray work wonders

Nah it's cool. I think bead rolled IC piping sucks to work with... I always just bent the edges out with pliers on my previous car(s) and I've never had a pipe blow off.

If they start automagically blowing off I'll hit you up.. thanks for the offer!

No. It comes with an FMU but I chose to not get the FMU.
