pr3-3 question
The digit after the dash in the head stamp is nothing but a random digit between 1 and 4. It has absolutely nothing to do with what the head actually is. I've seen Type R heads with every digit from 1 to 4, and regular B16 heads with every digit from 1 to 4. Also, I've seen P72 heads with every digit from 1 to 4.
Cliff notes: The last digit means nothing and those who aren't aware of that fact shouldn't be making false claims.

chances are its just a normal B16 head if it came off a B16A block.
the only way to tell if its a ITR head is to tear it apart and look in the intake ports to see if there has been some "light" porting near the valve seats.

Look at the intake valves
Also, dont need to tear anything apart to see the porting.
